About Claisebrook Lotteries House
Claisebrook Lotteries House, officially opened in April 1996, is an office building owned, managed and operated by the Claisebrook Lotteries House Association Inc. This Association's membership is comprised of the organisations that tenant the building. The Lotteries Commission of WA funded the purchase and renovation of the building to meet the needs of the tenants.
Claisebrook Lotteries House aims to provide quality, affordable accommodation and facilities in a convenient location for not-for-profit community organisations. It provides an opportunity for increased networking and sharing of skills. Tenants have the opportunity to gather together, and share information, develop and share analytical and practical skills and gain and share experiences. All ongoing costs associated with the maintenance of the buildings are the responsibility of the Association. This allows tenants to acquire affordable and secure rental space with the option of a range of back-up services. The House has conference facilities, meeting rooms, kitchens, secure storage for confidential client files and facilities for people with disabilities freely available to all tenants. The Association also provides access to photocopiers at a cost. |
